When Tzaims decided to enter the Haute Couture in Paris he asked NYC PR Agent, Eleanor Lambert, to arrange it, but she refused.
●
He then asked Fashion reporter for Women's Daily, Bill Cunningham. Bill declined, but gave him the telephone number of Paris PR Agent Percy Savage.
●
Savage immediately agreed charging $10,000 USD for his services which included all expenses in Paris except Hotel Crillon bill which amounted to another $10,000.
●
Now what did Percy do or what didn't he do?
●
He followed all the Traditional Paris Haute Couture protocol including proper printed invitations of everyone suitable to receive them including First Lady Madam Charles DeGaul
●
Tzaims created the Paris collection to
prove he could design, produce sand show a perfecty elegant haute couture. It consisted of 40÷ garments as required as the minimum by the
Federation Francaise de Haute Couture et la Mode
●
He didn't create a rebellous insult to the world, however no one in the press especially in the US covered it and Paris press just said "Insufficient!"
●
Now is that gratitude for a job expertly done?

Percy gave Tzaims a copy of the huge guest list which included everyone socially and the international & Europan press

The only Press member from the US was to Eugenia Sheppard for Women's Daily. Snubbing all others including US buyers

No one wthout an invitation could enter with high security for the wife of the President of France
●
At the time, and many years later, Tzaims hadn't realized why certain people didn't attend. Most notably
Eleanor Lambert,
Bill Cunningham,
Joe Eula

Eugenia was mostly blind and without Joe she was helpless
●
Blocking these people set the US FASHION PRESS
into a rage blaming Tzaims, who knew nothing of this insult that John Fairchild of Women's Wear Daily, raged over by writing Eugenia Sheppard's review of the collection as a total disaster

Did Percy know blocking NYC press would sever TZAIMS from US Fashion? Probably. Did he also know that Pierre Berge, of Yves Saint Laurent whould block Tzaims if he didn't contine by staying in the Paris Haute Couture after realizing the great success

Rebekka Harkness?

Had Tzaims stayed in Paris under Harkness Berge had no power over him since Tzaims had the greatest fortune in the US Backing him

But the shock of no US fashion press support alienated him from the US and Berge alienated him from Paris when Tzaims decided not to continue with Harkness

Yet Tzaims was satisfied with the great job Percy managed for him
●
He also was satisfied that he out shined Yves Saint Laurent
●
Who and what is Tzaims to fashion history and why is he so greatly feared now by Anna Wintour, Bernard Atnault and Pierre Pinault?

Well Tzaims is one of only three visionary Fashion engineer revolutionaries commanding both fabric and haute couture invention and engineered sculptural construction

All the rest are copiyers, sketchers, dressmakers and/or tailors following trends they don't initiate themselves

First came the Monogram, the initials of a wealthy individual who had their initials embossed in gold on their clothing and luggage

Wealthy people didn't buy Louis Vuitton

Poot people bought Louis Vuitton luggage

Designer logo clothing is pop fashion, lasting and lingering but it isn't high fashion
●
A couturier and a haute couturier is not fashion or high fashion. It is cutting, either ordinary and practical or elaborate and decorative. A couturier is a cutter of cloth, not a designer

Haute couture isn't dead. It cannot end as long as dressmakers and tailors keep creating ordinary bespoke and custom made clothes
●
Fashion Editors and Global designer house entrpreneurs are not fashionable
●
Anna Wintour with her never aging wig has no sense of humoir and therefore is out of fashion. She only weilds power over designers who lust for celebrity status. She and Bernard Arnault have no real power never have been fashionable. They are marketing manipulators

Logo tee-shirts are bill board advertising mechanisms and sports shoes are both fashionable but not high fashion
●
Fashion designers may or may not create fashionable clothing
●
They create garments that have possible fashion possibilities
●
High prices are based on rarity, exclusivity and quailty and not on actual coast or quantity

The TZ.L LOGO WAS FIRST A MONOGRAM FOR THE INDIVUDUAL AND NOT A DESIGNER LOGO

Fashion designers did't use logos until commercial American jews, Ralph Ljpshitz and Calvin Kline played both sides with high priced and low priced goods and creating logo tee shirts for men

Lipshitz commercialized polo shirts and Kline exploited men's elastic underwear bands and designer blue geans

Both started logo tee shirts as advertising for middle priced clothing
●
Both wealthy and poor wore them for convenience with logo shirts replacing formal attire on luxury private yachts and golf courses

They still hold prestige as long as they are from designers who limit their quantity
●
Today luxury designer brand tee shitrts retail for $125.00 to $1,000.00 and more Logo polo shirts from $150.00 to $1,000,00

Yhere is nothing I would like better than to walk away from this fore ever. I haven't any rdea what actually happened from December 1966 and January 1968 after closing up in Bennington and showing in Paris.
The only person that actually liked me was Rebecca Hatkness, very loyal so I felt safe calling her to reinstate me in the Haute Couture

She didn't hesitate one second and through it all never demanded anything from me

I knew nothing of what was thought of her in the fashion press. Only that before marrying Harkness she was the house model and later directress of The NYC couturier Manbouche from Paris who had his Fashion House on Park Avenue and never had press showing

only held private single clients who generally brought their husbands who made thebfinal decision on what his wife sould buy. If he didn"t like it she didn't buy it

That is how Rebekka West met Harknes and later he proposed marriage to her

From this I supposed that Rebekka was the dragon at the door blocking the press entry but wasn't this how the haute couture should be?

I thought yes, perfect, since ptess shows could make or break a designer since the press blocked what clients could se and told people what to buy

Diana Vreeland from 1964 until 1971 was dominating editor of Vogue. She was brilliant and fair minded

Now the whole world of fashion has been broken down by Anna Wintour and Bernard Arnauld. I need sau nothing about them that hasen't already been said. Nothing of Aeprnault but of Wintour, little. Although in my humble opinion she isn't feaed in any way. She is either indulged in having her way or totally ignored. I can see fashion designers either hate her or grovel before her.

As far as I am concerned I am happy she has never mentioned my name and I haven't any reason to invite her for anything.

There I said it and now I need not have her cluttering up my mind. I must finally say from perfect reasoning that her wig is the ugliest one I sver saw and ruins everything she wears. Also under it tbere is nothing human.
