Since I am 94 years old I may not even live until April so I have made my will leaving all my property to Zayar, signed and notorized by ZUS Ebassy, Rangoon and sent to the Bennington District Probate Court, though probate may not be necessary, so he will decide what he wants to do with Buckthorne Hall.

However, though my present income is not so large I have options, though uncomfortable for me, to pay all taxes.

I will begin as soon as abatements are reviewed and decided by both the village and town before 24 April 2026, but no matter what their decision, taxes will be paid.

In any event I still have until one year to pay before anyone can take possession,

Until 2027 or later.

That is Vermont law.
