False offer from Juliene Leite of URBAN HAVEN CORP , New Haven, Connecticut

 There have been several people contacting me by email promising donations toward restoring Buckthorne Hall into a house museum and art center.  Unfortunately they are false and only seek some personal information.

One such woman, Juliene Leite, from Urban Haven Corp, and housing construction company in Connecticut engaged my good will, trust and details over several months in seeking information where to send her donation but was only interested in personal information perhaps to only find out if my property is in danger of a tax sale so Urban Haven Corp can profit by bidding on it.  

They will be forbidden any access for bidding or buying if such a tax sale is initiated and approved by me.  However, before such action by tax collectors occurs, I will place Buckthorne Hall and land up for sale or have Christies Auctions London conduct international phone and on line bidding.  

No Vermont or area local bidding will be allowed.  Proof of who the bidder is will be investigated before accepting bid and use by new owner will be determined by conditions they must follow.  

Nothing has been decided as of this date and everything is still unthreatened and still my personal property.  

As far as looting and trespassing is concerned, that is the responsibility of the Trustees, Officials and security forces of the Bennington Police department and an estimate of loss due to their disfunctioning and failure of security, they will be sued for damages in due  course.

There is so much that is wrong with US taxation and security for US citizens and an example of such a law suit must be initiated against not only the US Government, but the State of Vermont, the Town of Bennington, the Village of Old Bennington and the Bennington Police Department concerning .this disastrous event they are responsible for.

Juliene Leite has been banned from contacting me, and all others contacting me with promises of donations and not fpllowing through I will publish on this blog at this post.  Those previously promising have been placed in Bin or search in email contacts, but I will search for them and list them here.

 The Story of Tzaims Luksus & Buckthorne Hall In 1901 Howard Hart Shields, The youngest son of Capt.
