Who are these filthy people?
The sanatary dept provides trash receptacles along its streets and roads providing residents trash and garbage disposal with daily trash collectors. So why do all these people throw their garbage, trash, dirty baby diapers, and women's bloody sanitary napkins, out their windows, making filthy and unsanitary conditions on their ground floor neighbors that have restaraunts, cafes, pharmacies, health clinics, grocery stores and elegant boutiques, to encourage rat population and causing serious health problems for the public, children, and blocking sewer drains that flood the streets with putrifaction serious stink, flooding!?

ReplyDeleteThese doors are kitchen doors for restaurants, food markets, pharmacies,. One beef restaraunt cooks their beef out side surrounded by this garbage. People throw their personal filth, sanitary napkins of women dirty diapers, and and al slop and foul water and as you can see all sewer drains are blocked so all liquid Effulent back up and floods kitchens and ground floor businesses. Disgusting? Yes, and criminal.
