In 2022 Tzaims met the young Burmese 23 year old Zayar who was perfect for his partnership in Myanmar to take over TZ.L

Tzaims had registered a new company on March 2020 with DICA, the Myanmar government investment agency and started creating inventory for a run way collection of haute couture for ladies and Bespoke evening and action sports wear for men.  Tzaims leased an elegant duplex street level flagship boutique on Bogalay Zay Street just off Strand Road near the famous and costliest iconic historic Strand Horel,  the most fashionable street in downtown Yangon.

But it wasn't complete.  Tzaims owned 100% of his new US company but he didn't think it was complete without a young Burmese partner.  Then seeing Tzaims's Men's TZ.L boutique on Merchant Road at 39th Street, Zay Yar Aung wanted to work for Tzaims and manage his men's boutique. 

On first sight Tzaims knew, this is the boy he came to Burma to find.
Tzaims offered Zayar a high, though modest, monthly salary, free lodgings, health care, Travel expenses and any and all clothes Zayar wanted, and fine European dining, meeting the diplomatic society in Myanmar.

Zayar had come from a rural tribal country village farm near Bagan a year before but had no work experience to easily get a job in a city closing more shops then opening them, but had everything Tzaims needed as a full business partner.  A year and a half later in July 2024 Tzaims changed his foreign company into a Myanmar company making Zayar President and Tzaims acting as Chairman.

The relationship has developed into a family business with Zayar more like a grand son for Tzaims and living together independently with two kitchens side by side, Western and Burmese cuisine, each have learned greatly from one another.  

A 93 year old famous fashion artist and a 24 year old Burmese village boy/man.  Why boy/man? 

 Zayar has all the dignity of an elegant and sophisticated young gentleman as well as a spirit boy of 9 years old,  Tzaims is a 93 year old boy/man, international fashion celebrity, with a 9 year old spirit.

Zayar is constantly doodling and creating some ofbthe most interesting designscsovTzaims askedbhim to create his own logo.  Zayar createdctwo and were printed exactly as he drew them.  Do you see the "Y" below of logo and brand name?

Who claimed my property in Old Bennington, Vermont was abandoned?
