 THE MAIN REASON FOR TZAIMS LUKSUS TO KEEP BUCKTHORNE HALL

Yes.  I am Tzaims, alive and well, if you thought other wise. Because of village of Old Bennington and town of Bennington threatening a tax sale of my prooerty, it has made me consider many options for saving it, but, my main interest is that it remains just asvI left it for 28 days but was locked down in Burma by Covid 19 in 2020.

Since the break ins, vandalism, looting and videos claiming I abandoned, it has caused me great stress and confusion what to do.

Nothing was to be removed since everything had been collected andvcreated asca historic archive for a house museum.

That turned out not easy to do.  Owing only -$27,000.00 in bzck taxes it doesn't make sense for a tax sale but Vermont law doesn't allow and compromise in their tax regulations.

After many possible scenarios I decided not to create it into a museum and art center but continue leaving as is, intact as looters have done.

It is my only permanent residence in the US and essential legally for me having it as a US Citizen for Social Security and US Banking account.  It and only it has been my home since I was 31 years old in 1963.

I am working with both town and village for a monthly tax payment plan and though my social security doesn't provide a sufficient amount I must find maney else where.

Many of you want to help.  It would only take 27 doners od $1,000.00 each or 54 doners of $500.00 each to pay back taxes. 

 That is all I require since I should be able to contine keeping up with continuing taxes.

If any of you wish to donate then contact Juliene Leite in Troy, NY as she knows how to send to me or better to send your donations directly to town and village tax collecters, and that way you know this is a legitamate appeal and nothing fraudelent.

 The Story of Tzaims Luksus & Buckthorne Hall In 1901 Howard Hart Shields, The youngest son of Capt. Hamilton LeRoy Shields, of the wealthy Troy, NY Family of Hart, Howard, White, Finch, Eddy, designed a rough draft of a house he had the archjtect William Clarke Bull design, for his wife Caroline Lane, also of Troy, NY, and then commissioned Martha Brooks Brown, the first woman landscape designer, to create formal and informal gardens.  She had just finished the Rose Garden at the White House in Washington, DC.
