  1. The tax sale is still going through, Mr. Luksus? I thought you were going to sell everything inside your home and then sell the home separately. Am I mistaken?

    1. You said you were going to bid, and buy it and give Saintthill all the paintings it wanted, so now bid and drive the final sale price to so the vfinal sale price goes to $50. Million, but it will only be an empty mansion, cleared out of all my possessions. You only get house and land.

  2. It os only going on because I decided to let it go. One doesn't ever really own property in the zzus. You can buy it but the village, town and state still own it and chage in annual taxes more then you paid for it. This year the taxes are$39,000 over due, mostly fine, penalties and interest, by November this year obpver due taxes will be $52,000 and before new owner takes possession taxes will be 64,000. and then he/ she will owe $74,000. in taxes and they will go up as value increases.

    What I might have done was logical and reasonable but in the Ubnited States one cannot be reasonable and logical with all the criminal and arbitrary citizens, like you and Sthill, thinking you know it all. You know nothing of what the situation, so go aheaf and bid, pay the highrst price for it and see what you have and then try to sell it. What I do is my business. I need not answer you but if answeringnis the only way to shut you up. Fine. You got your final answer. Now bid and buy.

  5. no sir that was not me that said that that was actually Saint Hill that said he wanted to buy the house and the land and the contents in it and that he would give me a painting of yours because that’s all I really wanted was one of your fine pieces of art that you created because me and you were talking about it not so long ago on here. I can’t afford to buy your home and property nor did I ever express any interest in doing so. what I did express interest in was buying a painting from you but you thought I meant go inside your home and take one of your paintings when that is not at all what I meant, I physically wanted to buy one from YOU personally. It is no business of mine to go onto your property and take anything of yours nor am I going to do so or am I ever going to do so just so you know I am respectful about other people and I’m not a thief. But I did want to know if you were going to sell the contents of the home inside separately or if they were going to stay with the house until you figured out what you wanted to do with the contents inside of the home or if you were still going to have that company from Vermont come in and empty out the contents of the home and have an estate sale online like you originally said on here if you could let me know so I can look out for it because I’m afraid it might be the only way I am able to purchase one of your fine works of art

    1. There is so much in that home that the cost to have an auction company come in and manage it alone is probably out of his price point. That or I’m sure it would have already been done. Even the storage he will have to eventually pay and for all the contents in the home it’s probably too expensive. TBH the only real hope is to have someone go in before the auction and remove the highest value pieces to sell to help raise some money but there is no way of doing that it seems. Unfortunately I predict all the contents being lost and actually the pieces that people had taken being the only items to survive. There is less than a month and then eviction is another 30 days max.

  6. Good morning Mr luksus, Can you tell me when the auction for the items inside the home would be going up for sale/auction?

    1. In VT whomever wins the auction then has to go through a formal eviction process to “remove” the tenant. In this case it will be all paperwork and the new owners will have to put the contents of the house in storage for a set amount of time. For the items to be actually sold there would have to be a representative on the VT side to handle all the items from the house and post them to an auction site or have one in person. Without that the items will go to storage and after a year max storage will have to be paid by the past owner or all items would most likely go to a storage auction. Sadly I don’t see that happening and probably all of the contents being lost to time in storage somewhere.

    2. Oh wow that sounds like a long process. I could’ve sworn Tzaims said on here that he hired the Thomas Hirchak Company and they were going to come in and remove the contents of the home and have an online auction or in person live auction. I’m going to call them tomorrow and see if I can get any info from them because now I’m curious I thought that was the plan since this began and he decided he was going to sell everything off and empty the home before the auction but I could be wrong or that’s no longer the plan 🤷‍♂️ maybe he’s going to leave it all behind with the house. I do know a lot of stuff had been looted and some things broken even from the YouTube videos done a few years ago up until a few months ago. People are horrible
